VOLUNTEER HOURS

Please keep in mind that the school would not be able to provide sports programs and many school sponsored events without the help of you – our dedicated volunteers. Therefore we require each school family to fulfill a minimum 15 volunteer hours from May 2018 to April 2019. Otherwise a $350 fee will be assessed.

*IMPORTANT:  Before volunteering, please make sure that you are Virtus-trained and have completed a background check through the school office.  If you are not or if you are unsure about this process, please print and complete the Background Check form below and contact Mrs. Monika Rosol -Family Relations Coordinator- at the school office (773) 283-2311.  Thank you!


NEWA-MAP Information for 8th Grade Non-CPS Students

     For students who did not attend a CPS school during the 2017-2018 school year, will not be enrolled at a CPS school for the 2018-2019 school year, and will be applying to any of the aforementioned schools for grades 5-9 for the 2019-2020 school year, the NWEA MAP will be offered free of charge at multiple locations around the city.
     The test will be offered on three weekends in September: September 15-16, 2018; September 22-23, 2018; and September 29-30, 2018. In order for students to be scheduled to test, the registration form must be received by the Office of Access and Enrollment no later than September 7, 2018.
