On behalf of the non-homeroom Faculty and Staff, I would like to extend our sincerest thanks and gratitude to everyone for their generosity and thoughtfulness at Christmastime. We would also like to express our sincerest thanks for all the delicious treats shared by so many of you. They were enjoyed by all.
I would like to express our thanks to the Home and School Association for their generous Christmas gifts for the faculty and staff. We are truly grateful!

As we move into the 2nd part of the school year, we need to start planning for the 2019-2020 academic year. Please tell your family, friends, neighbors and colleagues who have children entering Preschool-Grade 8 in the Fall of 2019, that St. Constance School is hosting an Open House and Reception on Sunday, January 27th, following the 10:30 a.m. Mass until 1:00 p.m. In addition, please join us for our viewing of Science Fair Projects, “How To” Projects, Literature Fair, Bistro Book Tasting, and the Hall of Presidents between the hours of 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
As tax season is approaching, this is to remind you that the school does not provide your School Tax Credit Form. However, you may find this form on your FACTS Financial Management Account for your convenience.
This is an early notice that 8th Grade Graduation pictures will be taken on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. Students in 8th grade have an approved out of uniform day. Students in all other grades are required to be in their regular school uniform. Spring pictures will be taken on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
This is to remind you that the FACTS Financial Aid link is now open for any 2019-2020 applications on our school website as of January 1, 2019 through April 15, 2019. Please note that this window of opportunity has been moved up significantly. Unfortunately, no extensions will be given.
Save the date and join us for the very popular Family Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance on Saturday, February 9, 2019. Enclosed in your child’s folder, please find a copy of a letter requesting donations for this upcoming event. I ask that you please share this letter with businesses that you frequent regularly on the School Board’s behalf. Please feel free to make additional copies as needed. Thank you for assisting us in making this a successful event.
I would like to thank you for your participation in the Box Tops for Education Program. Our school’s earnings for the last submission period (March-November, 2018) was $557.60. We ask that you keep on clipping, as it does earn cash for your school.
The 8th Grade Class would like to send a big thank you to the VanAllman Family for donating their raffle winnings from the October Parish Dance. This was a very surprising and wonderful Christmas gift that will come to great use in the 8th grade classroom!
Our thanks are also extended to the Petrick Family for their donation of books for the Primary Grades to enjoy, the Hrnic Family for donating supplies for our employee Christmas party, and the Sumugat Family for their donation of a telescope and microscope for our Science Lab. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
Have a pleasant weekend!
